How to check the Customer segment?

  1.  Click Customers > Click Customer segment.
  2. Total Existing Customers are divided into three section Active Customerchurn predictionDefected customers.
  3. Active customers are one who keeps visiting  the store twice in 60 days
  4. Churn prediction customers are one who is not visiting the store after 60 days to 90 days.
  5. Defective customers are one who is not visiting the store after 90 days and they are inactive customers.
  6. An individual customer can be searched and can check their total number of visits to the store and their bill value by using search column.
  7. Click on Fitler customer option to select the date, using advanced filter we can select male, female customer, membership or non-membership and give search to send them promotion offers.
  8. Promotion Offers can be send to each segment individually by selecting each segment (i.e Active, churn, defected) or by applying filter.
